Counselling services in cases of discrimination, conflicts and violence
ADE – Workplace against Discrimination and Violence – Expertise and Conflict Counselling
Have you experienced or observed discrimination and would like advice on possible courses of action? Are you involved in a conflict and would like to reflect on the dynamics? Are you unsure whether a situation you have experienced is sexual harassment? Are you a lecturer or human resources manager and would like to support students or employees who have turned to you because of discrimination?
For these and similar questions, you can contact the ADE for free and confidential counselling.
The ADE is a counselling and specialist centre for dealing with conflicts, discrimination and violence in the training, study and workplace. We provide counselling on all forms of discrimination (e.g. racism, sexism, trans- and homophobia, classism, anti-Semitism, rejectionism, ...) and on all forms of conflicts. Our counselling is confidential and free of charge.
We are a counselling centre at the University of Bremen. Within the framework of a cooperation with the HfK, we also offer our counselling to all members of the HfK, i.e. students, academic and administrative staff, professors, interest groups etc.
We also offer further training and information events on our main topics.
