Singing (M.M., KPA)
In the first year of the degree programme Master IGP, Bachelor graduates concentrate on training their singing as well as on methodological and didactic qualifications. Bachelor graduates who chose a different course of study or focus during their Bachelor's degree primarily acquire pedagogical qualifications in the first year of their Master's programme. In the second year all IGP students learn to plan, conduct and reflect on vocal pedagogical seminars. EMP students who did not acquire a professional focus in this field of study during their earlier education acquire the central qualifications of the undergraduate degree in Elementary Music Education as well as the artistic skills that build on them during the first year of the Master's degree. Students with a Bachelor degree focus more on their vocal pedagogical skills. The second year of study is dedicated to acquiring qualifications in university didactics.
Lecturers
The lecturers in the field of music are renowned musicians who perform in concert halls around the world. A close and co-operative exchange between students and teachers is of central importance in the field of music.
