How does collaboration take place? How significant is design? What makes a good team and how do you stay true to your principles? Büro KLASS and studio lindhorst-emme+hinrichs introduce themselves and some of their work and talk about different approaches to projects and the importance of collaboration in the field of design.

Büro KLASS

Founded in 2013, KLASS is run by four women. KLASS is a space where social, diverse & ecological togetherness coexists alongside their design goals. For Ana Laura Campos Vollmer, Sonja Steven, Kerstin Tolpeit and Sarah Tolpeit graphic design is not self-serving. Together with their clients they develop individual and sustainable graphic design, tailored to each new content. Their main focus is colorful typography. In recent years, KLASS has also become increasingly active in the field of education, teaching at the Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg, HafenCity University and the Museum für Kunst&Gewerbe.
