"The Inbetween"
HfK students exhibit in South Africa
Since October 2024, HfK students Camila Mejía, Abdulghaffar Tammaa, Tabea Erhart, Ilona Karácsony and Gabriela Valdespino have been taking part in the exchange project “The Stories That We Tell - Study Cooperation on Painting, Drawing, Animation and Non-Linear Narration” at the Durban University of Technology. They come from various degree courses and specialist classes at the HfK and have spent the past few months intensively exploring the art and cultural scene in Durban, engaging with it and actively helping to shape it.
At the end of their stay, the students will present their work in the exhibition “The Inbetween” at the KZNSA Gallery until March 16, 2025. In spring 2025, a group of students from Durban is expected at the HfK Bremen, while another group from Bremen will travel to Durban.
