On February 15th and 16th, 2025, Speicher XI and Speicher XI A in Bremen's Überseestadt will host the Hochschultage (University Days) of the University of the Arts (HfK) Bremen. With a rich programme spanning art, design, digital media, and music, visitors can experience the creative diversity of HfK first-hand. Admission is free.

Over the course of both days, guests can look forward to an exciting mix of exhibitions, concerts, performances, films, workshops, lectures, and interactive events. Open studios, workshops, and workspaces will offer a glimpse into HfK’s study environment, while engaging with aspiring artists, designers, and musicians provides insights into their creative processes.

A highlight this year is the fashion show on Saturday, February 15th, at 7:30 p.m. in Speicher XI A, accompanied by live music inspired by free jazz, techno, and minimalism. Other programme highlights include concerts such as “Devil Dance – New Music for Recorders“, chamber music performances, and the opening of this year’s Bockmeyer Exhibition by Hanna Stijnen, which focuses on the city of Chemnitz. On Sunday, February 16th, at 3:30 p.m., don’t miss “BELLA CIAO“, a performance by Véra Marie Deubner, featuring interpretations of historical workers’ songs and original compositions, supported by the Schwankhalle choir.
