Corporate integration management

BEM helps you to return to work during or after a longer period of incapacity. It is offered to all employees who are continuously or repeatedly incapacitated for work for more than 6 weeks or more than 42 days within one year (§ 167 (2) SGB IX). The BEM representative can accompany you through the entire process, if necessary in cooperation with the BEM team. All parties involved in the BEM are obliged to comply with and maintain confidentiality. Participation in the BEM is voluntary.
