Workshop for etching

The workshop for etching holds the machines and tools needed for applying a range of printing technologies.

Printing techniques

Drypoint, Etching, Photo Etching, Woodcut, Linocut, Lithography, Alugraphy, and Hand typesetting.

Machines and tools

Plate shears for cutting metal plates; Grinder for surface treatment of printing plates and for sharpening carving tools; Decoating cabinets for coating and decoating plates, for aquatint, for etching; Heating plates; Hot air gun for burning in aquatint; Grinding basins for litho stones; Lifting truck and shelf for transport and storage of litho stones and much more.
