- Master of Music, KPA-MT, 4 semesters, 120 ECTS
These are full-time programmes with an instrumental or vocal major and a focus on university didactics. In addition to traditional music and instrumental pedagogical teaching activities, there is a distinct focus on schooling for music-educating fields of activity in further education, training and further education areas. The EMP specialises in the continued education and training of pedagogical specialists for child day care, while the IGP offers opportunities for continued education for teachers specialising on instruments. All three programmes aim to promote young academics for colleges and universities.
Lecturers
Teachers in the Artistic-Pedagogical Training programme (KPA) generally have dual qualifications in the form of artistic and academic degrees. Teaching is always influenced by their own artistic activities.
